Apsan
Deagu has two sets of mountains framing it, the Palgonsan (-san being mountain) to the north and the Apsan to the south. I had made it to the Palgonsan already, but had never managed to make it to the Apsan, so on our last long weekend me and Jeff grabbed a taxi to the Apsan park trails to spend the day checking it out. In the Daegu section I have 2 pics showing the cityspread from up high, these were taken from atop the Apsan. There were a lot of people hiking all over the Apsan, I remember this one family with two little girls, one was only 4 at the most and she was so damn cute! She stood ontop of the mountain, looked out over the city and said, "hanna, duel, set... haaaaaaa hoooooooooe!" Which translates into one, two, three, yahoooooooooooo! It was so funny, we started laughing and waved to them. The little girl was very yepuda (cute). I wish we had gotten a picture of them, but we missed the oportunity. Dispite all the hiking going on around us, we opted for the quick route and took the cable car up and down. It was our last 3 free days and we had a lot left to see and do.
